MISSION STATEMENT
In the interests of public safety and cost savings, the community created the Consortium to treat repeat criminal offenders, thus establishing a new partner in the Klamath County continuum of drug and alcohol treatment.

The Consortium serves the community by holding clients accountable for their criminal thinking and behavior. The program focuses on open, respectful and consistent communications between clients and staff with the goal of re-engaging clients as clean, sober and productive members of the community.
