PHILOSOPHY
Klamath Community Treatment Center's philosophy is the offer services to anyone entering our doors. all bleed red blood, so our first focus is to determine whether a crisis exists rather than to determine ability to pay. Clients are treated with respect, as human beings first, without consideration of ethnicity, gender, or other special considerations. Health and safety is a primary consideration.

ORGANIZATION
Klamath Community Treatment Center, also known as "KCTC", began operation s as the local residential treatment provider in 1998, through the combined efforts of the K.A.D.A. Corporation and strong local support. The State of Oregon awarded licensure to K.A.D.A. to begin treatment services of a twenty-four bed residential facility with outpatient services. Complementary outpatient services available include:

· Level I Treatment
· Level II Treatment
· Information (A&D Awareness)
· Education
· Family Education
· Transition · Aftercare
· DUII Treatment

KCTC operates under the direction and guidance of Klamath Alcohol & Drug Abuse Chief Executive Officer and the KADA Board of Directors. KADA has successfully operated as an Oregon non-profit corporation with Federal 503 © (3) status for more than twenty-five years. The community recognizes that KADA has taken the lead in developing the local "continuum of care", through partnership, planning and project implementation.
